the service

drift helps you discover slow travel destinations, plan trips, find flights, and share community photos. we use ai and third-party data to generate recommendations, images, and booking links. while we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every detail is always correct or up to date.

your account

you must be at least 13 years old to use drift. keep your login info secure. you are responsible for activity on your account. you can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

content you share

community photos you upload must be your own or ones you have permission to share. we review uploads before they appear publicly. we may remove content that violates these terms or does not fit the community vibe.

affiliate links and bookings

drift includes affiliate links to booking partners like booking.com, airbnb, viator, kayak, and similar services. when you book through these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. all bookings are handled directly by the partner, and their terms apply. drift is not responsible for partner cancellations, refunds, or disputes.

liability disclaimer

drift provides travel recommendations and information only. we are not a booking agent, travel agency, or tour operator.

all bookings made through affiliate links to third-party providers — including booking.com, airbnb, viator, kayak, and g adventures — are contracts directly between you and that provider. drift is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, pricing, availability, cancellation, refund, or any other aspect of third-party bookings or services.

destination descriptions, including ai-generated content and user-submitted photos and captions, are provided for informational purposes only. they should not be relied upon as the sole source of travel safety, legal, health, or condition information.

you should always verify current conditions, safety advisories, travel requirements, and provider terms independently before booking or traveling.

limitation of liability

drift is provided as-is. we do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app, including travel decisions made based on recommendations.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of drift after changes means you accept the new terms.
